I have noticed that many homeowners do under estimate how much the appearance of the roof effects the overall look of the home. I love the Frank Lloyd Wright roof designs they are beautiful and creative. However, as a I would not want to have replace those flat roofs on them. He has 3 homes in town which the city has tried to renovate and make it a historical site. I know the roofing has been quite a battle. I appreciate the great article it was insightful and very informative.
